成份:芥花籽油、蒜頭、紅蔥頭、雞脾菇、金菇、冬菇、乾牛肝菌、乾雞油菌、乾冬菇、醬油 (無防腐劑及味精)、辣椒、薑粉、鹽、黑糖
保存於攝氏零至4度雪櫃。開封後請於兩個月內食用。如有需要應加入植物油以覆蓋表面。

Veganxoxo puts together goodness of porcini, chanterelle and three other kinds of mushrooms, garlic, shallot and chilli, creating vegan edition of this flavour-bomb condiment. 
Best to pair with turnip cake, noodles, fried rice, dumplings, toast, pasta, etc.

Ingredients: Canola oil, garlic, shallot, king oyster mushroom, enoki mushroom, shiitake mushroom, dried porcini mushroom, dried chanterelle mushroom, dried shiitake mushroom, soy sauce (no preservatives or msg), chilli, ground ginger, salt, brown sugar  
Keep refrigerated at 0 to 4°C. Consume within two months once opened. Add extra plant oil to cover surface when needed.
